I used the bag drop for a gig on 10/03 and it was perfect! As others have noted I wasn’t sure if legit but can confirm it was all good. Simple like any bag drop you get a little ticket for your stuff then collect after. I was travelling down that day as with o2 now only allowing A4 bags it was a godsend. You can even prebook as I did and get a ticket in apple wallet to scan!If I had any suggestions to the owners I’d put up some pictures to help show that this is the real deal!Totally recommend to anyone and given prices I think preferable for coats versus the cloakroom inside

Perfect solution to an overzealous venue bag policy. Great set up and feels nice and secure, literally next door to the Forum so really convenient too.

Found out about the policies at the o2 too late and was panicking as we had a backpack but found these guys online and called to check they were available for our gig time- the man on the phone was friendly and professional and assured me we’d be able to leave our bag there (only cost a fiver) and when we arrived that’s exactly what we did. The guys working there are very kind and efficient- you give your bag in; they give you a ticket to use post gig to collect it. It only took about 2 minutes waiting after the concert to collect our bag! Thank you so much you guys really saved us, a million percent recommend this business for anybody in a pinch with the o2.

Invaluable service for gig goers with bags. Use this service as it is fast, easy and located right next door to Kentish Town Forum. Very friendly proprietor. Have no doubts about using this excellent service.

Like most people I had no idea about the bag policy so had a bit of a panic. Found these guys and they only had 7 reviews so was a little bit worried… I’m leaving this review in case anyone else has concerns, don’t worry. Good service, obviously very convenient being next door, and very happy with service.

After a very long day at work, I went to meet a friend for a gig at Kentish Town’s O2 Forum only to find they’ve banned backpacks and won’t even let you put them in the cloakroom. I could have cried! The queue marshal pointed us in the direction of Kentish Bag Drops, and whilst I was initially dubious, I had a Google to find some good reviews and, as they were very open with how it worked and came across as trustworthy (plus there was no other option) I gave them a go!So this is a review to say that these guys are legit, they saved my evening. I put my laptop in with them among with some other work stuff and everything came back fine!
